Fly Shiny Spray Ceramic

The Science

Air Guard uses a silica-infused ceramic formula (SiO₂) that bonds to the surface at a molecular level, forming a thin yet durable protective layer. As it cures, the coating crosslinks into a hydrophobic matrix that reduces surface tension, causing water and contaminants to bead and slide off rather than cling to the aircraft’s paint, glass, or acrylic windows.

This ceramic network also blocks UV radiation, slowing paint oxidation and color fade while reinforcing the underlying finish. Because the barrier fills microscopic pores in the surface, it creates a smoother, more reflective finish with reduced drag and easier maintenance. The result is a lightweight, aviation-safe protection layer that delivers months of shine, water repellency, and surface preservation without the effort or downtime of traditional waxing.

Ceramic Surface Protection Cycle

Once bonded, the coating reduces surface tension, causing water, dirt, and contaminants to bead and roll off instead of sticking, making maintenance faster and easier.
